| Biography | Have been in business for 15 years and originally from North Carolina but when Bubba (my father) retired from military after 35 years he relocated to Florida and later established the Jerky company. Since June 2024, Bubba has retired from Jerky and I have taken over. We can perform the craft if asked but due to federal regulations to allow others to wholesale we have to have it made for us with a USDA inspector. Most companies consider us a non-food crafter as our product is pre-packaged and we do not have to cook onsite. |
